Professor Klaus Haupt, former director of the German Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, donated legal literature in German to the library of the TSU Faculty of Law.
Professor Hopt is a world-renowned scholar. He conducts scientific and educational activities at universities in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands and the United States of America.
Professor Hopt has held an honorary doctorate from TSU since 2010.
The aforementioned books were presented to the Faculty of Law of TSU by the judge of the European Court of Human Rights, Professor Lado Chanturia.
The Faculty of Law would like to thank Professor Hopt and Professor Lado Chanturia for making the literature available to the Faculty of Law.
